Our Leadership

Lead Pastor. Greg Frohna joined us in January 2007. He is not a best-selling author and he doesn't lead one of the fastest growing churches in America but he does have a real desire to see people enter into a vibrant relationship with Jesus. After spending 13 years in the Foodservice Industry (management, sales, marketing), God re-directed his path towards serving the local church and he is having the time of his life! He married Wendi in 1988 and they have two children Etara (1998) and Adam (2000). Greg enjoys reading books, especially about leadership and church health. He also likes to play golf and spend time with his wife drinking Starbucks coffee. You can check out his blog called the Frohna Factor to learn more about Greg.

Worship Pastor. Steve Dahlgren joined the Cornerstone staff in November 2007. Music has been a huge part of the Steve and Chris’ life ever since meeting on the campus of Azusa Pacific University. Steve has a passion for God’s people to have their heart’s affection, mind’s attention, and whole life’s submission focused on the Lord through worship. Steve is originally from the Central Valley of California (which will explain some of his eccentric behavior). His love for music is evident in his dedication to the craft. He has held various positions in the local church, as well as served on some international projects. Steve and Chris are both employed at MapleTronics in Goshen, Indiana. They have four children: Morgan, Bailey, Spencer, and Easton. In addition to music, both Steve and Chris are entrepreneurs at heart and love the amazing life God has given them.

Student Pastor. Joe and Joy Ward have worked with Students for the last few years and both have a passion to see Students grow in their relationship with God. Joe believes the best way to accomplish this is through building relationships, hosting student events, and strong biblical teaching. Joe and Joy recently moved here from Livingston, Texas (near Houston) but are both originally from this area. Joe will be working at Best Buy and Joy with T-Mobile, but they are most excited about seeing what God will do in the life of students through their ministry at Cornerstone. Joe likes to play guitar, fish, and loves to read. Joy is a graphic designer and is working on her degree at Indiana University South Bend. Joe joined the Cornerstone staff in November 2007.
